Welcome to Ordian ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Service provides a unified dashboard to collect and visualize data from multiple sources (payment providers, email services, calendar, and productivity tools).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If using the Service for a company, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Accounts

Create an account with accurate info. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. Do not share credentials.

4. Use of the Service

Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited actions include: illegal activity, attempting unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, and abusing integrations or APIs.

5. Integrations with Third Parties

We integrate with third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, Gmail, Google Calendar). You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms. We are not liable for third-party API availability or data accuracy. Changes by providers may impact your experience.

6. Subscriptions & Payment

Pricing is displayed on our site and may change with notice. Subscriptions bill monthly or annually and auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of Terms, misuse of integrations or APIs, legal requirement, or provider restriction. You may terminate by contacting support; access will cease upon termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All IP in the Service (software, design, branding) is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service per these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notices. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
